We are proud to partner with Estate Guru, an estate-planning service that allows our office to work with licensed attorneys in every state in the Union save Mississippi to draw up wills, trusts, property deeds and Powers of Attorney for both Healthcare and Property. We help take the fear and anxiety out of legacy-planning by completing the whole process from the comfort of our office. Sit back and relax with a beverage while Heidi guides you through a series of exploratory questions so your estate-planning documents can be tailor-made to you, your circumstances and your wishes.

After your appointment, your information is uploaded to a licensed attorney in our network in your state of residence for transformation into your Will/Trust, Deed, Power of Attorney for Healthcare and Power of Attorney for Property. We will receive the documents back in a timely manner and then call to invite you back for the signing and witnessing of your papers. We provide the witnesses, will instruct you on the people and institutions that need copies of everything and are available for all of your questions. Heidi promises you will feel a thousand pounds lighter after checking this important chore off your “to-do” list!
